Accessibility and responsiveness are not two adjectives always associated with lawyers. But they should be, and they do accurately describe Findlay Craft and how we treat our clients. We are always accessible and always responsive. It sounds like a cliché, but it’s not: it is what helps to set us apart.
True story, a few months back, we received an inquiry via our website “Contact Us” portal. The gentleman contacting us described a very unusual legal problem. One that, quite honestly, almost seemed too incredible to believe. And it was clear we were not the first attorneys he had reached out to. All to no avail apparently. In fact, he ended the email with the following: “…if not interested, please be considerate enough to let me know, unlike the last 50 #$@holes I talked to.” Well, as you might imagine, it got our attention! I spent over an hour on the phone with the gentleman and his wife a few days later. We followed that up with an afternoon spent talking in our offices, and I’m honored to say they are now clients and friends of the firm. Accessibility and responsiveness. All part of the Golden Rule. Just treat others like you would want to be treated, and usually the rest will work itself out.
